Service Description

Lock Resident Manager allows authorized users to manage residents for smart locks through AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude). You can list, add, and remove residents who receive intercom calls and notifications.

Eligibility

You must have a valid SmartPhoneKey account with lock access to use this service. You may only manage locks you are authorized to administer.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only manage locks you own or are authorized to administer
• Provide accurate resident information
• Not attempt to access locks belonging to other users
• Not use the service to harass, spam, or add unauthorized residents

Availability

This service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

SmartPhoneKey is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
