Lock Resident Manager is operated by SmartPhoneKey.
This service accesses lock resident data (names and email addresses) on your behalf through the SmartPhoneKey API. We only access locks you are authorized to manage via your authenticated account.
This service does not store any user data. All requests are proxied in real-time to the SmartPhoneKey API. No resident information, credentials, or tokens are persisted by this service beyond the duration of your session.
Authentication is handled via Auth0. Your login credentials are processed directly by Auth0 and are never seen or stored by this service. OAuth tokens are used only for the duration of your session.

When used through ChatGPT or Claude, lock resident data (names and emails) is sent to the AI provider to generate responses. Please refer to OpenAI's Privacy Policy or Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data.
